# Chai Kreative

> Chai Kreative is an advisory firm for India's public systems, based in New Delhi. It researches, surveys and assesses, reports from the ground, plans IEC, creative and content, and builds AI-led intelligence layers in Indian languages. Advisory, not execution: it plans and advises, recommends the best executor for the job (or briefs the client's own team), and stays beside the work. Because it is paid to advise rather than to sell execution, it brings costs down substantially. The office runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with AI-led inboxes; every letter is acknowledged within minutes and a person signs every reply.

Kewal Kapoor (केवल कपूर) — Founder, Creator & Partner. Researcher, writer and producer-director with three decades across stories, culture, public systems and AI. Former Executive Producer, UTV; former Member, FWA Mumbai; former IEC and Media Director, The Poddar Foundation; exclusive implementation partner to the Ministry of Labour and Employment (Second Life). - What does Chai Kreative do? Chai Kreative is an advisory firm for India’s public systems. We research, survey and assess, report from the ground, plan IEC, creative and content, and build AI-led intelligence layers. - Do you execute the work? No. We are advisory. We research, assess, report from the ground and plan; we can then recommend the best executor for the job, or brief your own team, and we stay beside the work while it is done.
- How do you bring costs down? We are paid to advise, not to sell execution, so we have no reason to make the work bigger. We scope it properly before money is spent, recommend the executor best suited to it, use your own team wherever it can do the work, and hold everyone to the scope. Across fields, that brings the cost down substantially.
- Do you only work with government? No. Most of our work is public-facing, so ministries, departments and cities are our main clients, but we also work with PSUs, companies, foundations and institutions whose work touches the public.

- What do you mean by misinformation? Is it political? We mean fakes that hurt ordinary people: health rumours, scam messages, fake schemes and doctored videos. It is not political, and we do not take sides. We help institutions spot fakes early and answer them fast, in the language people read.
- How quickly will you reply? Every letter and WhatsApp message is acknowledged within minutes, at any hour, on any day of the year. The acknowledgement restates what you asked, and a named person from the office takes it from there.
- Is anyone there at night or on holidays? Yes. The office runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Specialists from a bench of more than 27 can be brought to a problem the same day.
- Who reads my letter? Our inboxes are AI-led, so intelligence reads first and a person can reply faster. A person reads every letter, and a person signs every reply. Correspondence is shared only with those working on it.
- What happens after I write? Within minutes you receive an acknowledgement that restates what you asked. A named person then replies and, if it helps, arranges the first conversation, in person in New Delhi or on a call. There is no charge for any of this.
- What does it cost? The first conversation (बात) is free. A written assessment (नज़र) is charged. A continuing engagement (साथ) is scoped and priced together before anything begins. Fees and advisory charges are taken as permitted, invoiced and on record.
